Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting

The Department of Business Administration at Simpson College is hiring a one-year visiting position in Accounting, starting Fall 2023. The instructor will teach six in-person classes in 2023-24 including: three sections of Intro to Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I, Data Analytics in Accounting, and a project-based senior seminar.

Visiting faculty are free from advising/other responsibilities and can focus on teaching. This is a great opportunity to start to investigate a career in teaching, and this job has the possibility of an extension.

Candidates with a Master’s in Accounting are preferred, but those with an MBA/CPA and 18 graduate credits of Accounting can apply.
