Capture Management Solutions (CMS) is a full-service association management company and marketing firm. We serve over a dozen national and state associations. Job Description:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our nonprofit clients.
- Attend treasurer or board meetings to discuss financials for organization and help answer any questions.
- Execute, as applicable, processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, monthly reconciliations as well as preparing financial reporting and analysis.
- Reviewing bank statements and credit card statements for accuracy and end-of-month reconciliations for clients that are assigned.
- Work with clients to set up fiscal year budget and make recommendations to the board.
