General Session

1:00pm - 2:00pm CDT Focus on the 5th Question

Why do 85% of leaders believe business events are essential to their company’s success? One word: Networking. Sure, we exchange business cards and engage in small talk, but let's be real - does that really build the lasting relationships that drive business success? Not really! What if there's a way to break free from the small talk rut and fast-track your way to meaningful connections? What if there's a way to make yourself and your team stand out from the crowd? What if we have the 5th Question?

In this engaging and entertaining session, Gina Glover will unravel the mystery of the 5th Question and how to wield it like a pro. Say goodbye to dull networking exchanges and hello to connections that truly matter, both personally and professionally. Drawing from her extensive experience as a career coach, Gina will guide attendees through everything, from pre-event prep to post-event follow-up tactics. Get ready to learn the essential elements of crafting effective 5th questions, conquer those inevitable awkward moments, and leave with strategies to make the most of every new connection you make.
