CFO/Controller

This is a full-time hybrid role as the CFO/Controller at Happy Joe’s Pizza. The position will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management. The role involves collaborating with various departments to analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency, and oversee the cost centers and financial results for multiple corporate entities. The CFO/Controller will supervise an accounting staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. While the role is primarily based in Davenport, IA, there is flexibility for some remote work. The Controller reports directly to the CEO, but also has financial reporting responsibility to the investor group, and the HJNFB Board for accounting, financial support, and reporting.
