Valuable experience for Iowa CPAs

CPAImpact is a premier leadership experience designed to develop the next generation of Iowa CPA leaders. Through a blend of immersive learning, real-world application, and meaningful connections, you’ll build essential skills like communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and much more. 

This program goes beyond the classroom, offering opportunities to engage in advocacy, mentor future professionals, and grow your impact. It’s more than just developing skills, it’s about expanding your influence, strengthening the profession and stepping confidently into your role as a leader.

Participant qualifications

  • Accounting professional age 25–35
  • Have at least three years of experience
  • Currently at the senior or manager level, or on a path toward advancement
  • Must be an active ISCPA member at the time of enrollment

Meet Jon Lokhorst

Jon Lokhorst, CPA, is a leadership coach and consultant focused on talent maximization and team building. He partners with CPAs, CFOs, and other leaders to maximize their talent, build high-performance teams and deliver extraordinary value to their firms and clients. Prior to launching Lokhorst Consulting LLC, Jon enjoyed a 30-plus year career as a CPA, CFO, and organizational leader.
