Investment Banking Analyst

NCP, a Des Moines-based investment banking firm, is seeking a full-time analyst to support the execution of M&A transactions, capital advisory opportunities, and corporate finance assignments. 

 Primary tasks include:  

• Developing valuation analysis and detailed financial models
• Researching and analyzing industry data, M&A targets, and financial statements
• Conduct due diligence for clients and potential targets
• Developing memoranda and presentations for pitches and client marketing materials

  Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, research, investment banking, commercial banking, public accounting, or management consulting (or related). CFA or CPA candidacy/certification  encouraged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
