Ben Clough is the Policy Director for Corporate Income and Franchise Taxes with the Iowa Department of Revenue. Ben is a graduate of Iowa State University, and the University of Iowa College of Law. He has been with the Department of Revenue for 10 years.

Matt Bishop, Policy Director, Sales and Excise Tax, Iowa Department of Revenue Hoover State Office Building

Matt Bishop is policy director for sales and excise taxes at the Iowa Department of Revenue. His areas of focus include sales and use tax, fuel taxes, and cigarette and tobacco taxes. He is a 2011 graduate of Drake Law School. Previously, he was a staff attorney at the Iowa Court of Appeals, tax attorney at the Iowa Department of Revenue, and law clerk for the Iowa District Court in District 5C.
