Danielle McMahon, IJag Coordinator
Danielle McMahon serves as the Development Officer for Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG), where she leads fundraising, corporate partnerships, community engagement, and strategic outreach efforts across the state. In her role, Danielle works closely with businesses, foundations, community leaders, and educators to expand opportunities that help young people develop career readiness skills, explore career pathways, and successfully transition into the workforce or postsecondary education.
Prior to joining iJAG, Danielle built her career in workforce development, marketing, and community engagement, developing strong relationships with employers, schools, and community organizations throughout Iowa. She is passionate about connecting education and industry to create meaningful opportunities for students and believes that every young person deserves access to experiences that help them discover their potential and achieve their goals.
Known for her relationship-focused approach and enthusiasm for collaboration, Danielle enjoys bringing people together around a shared mission of supporting Iowa’s future workforce. Whether she is meeting with business leaders, speaking to community groups, or coordinating statewide initiatives, she is driven by a commitment to helping students succeed and strengthening communities across Iowa.
Danielle lives in Iowa with her husband, Michael, and their daughter, Bonnie Grace.
