Prerequisites

Although not required, it is recommended to take the sections of this eight-part series in order.

Objectives

• Review best-in-class design for FP&A monthly models with quantitative comparisons, rich graphs, and qualitative commentary.
• Construct dashboards to visually analyze critical model drivers against expected results.
• Compare actual figures on a year-over-year basis and also versus budget estimates.

Preparation

Attendees should have a basic understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.
