Overview
This workshop will help employees and managers understand the emotional stages everyone goes through during a change process. While learning to manage their own response to change, leaders will also discover the best way to help their employees become change-resilient. Research shows that the average business has undertaken five major organizational changes in the past three years, and 75% of those companies expect to pursue additional change initiatives in the next three years. These numbers present a significant challenge for companies, as most employees are resistant to change and are the primary reason change fails. Please note that this product will expire either on 06/30/2026 or one year from the date of purchase (whichever occurs first). Educator discounts do not apply to this product.
