Overview
Leaders set the tone for workplace well-being. This program will equip leaders with the tools to build resilient teams. Creating a culture of mental wellness allows employees to feel safe, valued and heard. This will improve productivity, reduce burnout and absenteeism and ultimately, create a workplace where employees can thrive. Leaders will also learn the importance of nurturing their own self-care to prevent burnout for themselves in order to be the best leader possible.

- Recognize the importance of mental wellness in leadership by understanding how stress, burnout, and well-being impact engagement, retention, and team performance and how to shift from reactive to preventative
- Develop effective leadership communication skills to reduce stigma, normalize asking for help, and foster a culture of openness, trust, and resilience
- Apply practical strategies for burnout prevention and resilience by integrating mindful moments, clear boundaries, and consistent recognition into daily leadership practices
- Build sustainable, actionable steps for supporting teams while maintaining leader well-being
