AAVIN’s investment professionals have been investing in the lower middle-market for over 40 years and have invested in over 300 small businesses. AAVIN III is the team’s 13th private fund and 8th SBIC license. AAVIN currently manages $275 million of assets and has offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, and Kansas City, MO.
Duties would include:
- Assist CFO with accounting functions including: reporting to Small Business Administration(SBA), reporting to limited partners, budgeting, annual audit/SBA exam assistance, cashflow planning and other routine accounting functions.
- Tracking of portfolio data in online CRM system.
- Periodic travel to portfolio companies to evaluate accounting systems in order to provide the most meaningful reporting to AAVIN.
