Objectives

The NEW ISCPA Women's Leadership Forum is designed to focus on topics that are unique to women in the accounting profession. Tailored for all women regardless of age, individual situation or current role within their companies. Learn strategies to succeed in your current position, as well as motivation and inspiration to take your career to the next level.

Featured speaker Lindsay Stevenson, CPA, CGMA, vice president of finance and tax at 1st Financial Bank USA and mom of three, will walk attendees through the steps to uncover your true “why” and how you can leverage that understanding in being your best self at work and at home.

Registration includes lunch (11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.) and four hours nontechnical CPE credit.

Lindsay Stevenson

Show Bio

Lindsay Stevenson, CPA, CGMA is vice president of finance and tax at 1st Financial Bank USA in Dakota Dunes, S.D., and founder/CEO of Origin Evolution LLC. Lindsay is passionate about finding purpose and leveraging it to positively impact the innovation and success of organizations and the profession at large. She lives this passion by serving as chair of the AICPA Young Member Leadership Committee, a member of the AICPA Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee and AICPA Council as well as volunteering on state society committees in Arizona and South Dakota along with writing and speaking about influence, leadership, motherhood and self-awareness. Lindsay has been recognized as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting (2018 by AICPA and CPA Practice Advisor), as one of the 40 Under 40 (2017 by CPA Practice Advisor) and as the AICPA Outstanding Young CPA of the Year (2017). In addition, Lindsay currently serves as board president of the Mary J. Treglia Community House, a local nonprofit dedicated to welcoming, educating, empowering and advocating for new immigrants within the community. More than any other activity, she loves spending time with her three boys and her husband, especially when it involves cheering for the Zags during March Madness! [2018]
