Rick Kievits
After ten years of accounting leadership, Rick changed paths to pursue excellence in the field of leadership development. Rick focuses on delivering actionable coaching, facilitating and event design to further leader capabilities in and out of the workplace. Rick's deep understanding of personal and team dynamics is balanced with advanced education and experience in business strategy. Engaging, encouraging, and energetic; Rick's approach to organizational and leadership development has resulted in successful outcomes across a diverse range of industries and scale.
Anne Bonney
Anne Bonney is a fun, energetic international motivational keynote speaker and trainer. She is also an authority on change management, best-selling author of GET OVER IT!, podcast host of Igniting Courage Podcast, and an experienced, engaging and high-content leadership workshop facilitator. After 20 years in corporate and non-profit leadership positions, Anne now uses her experience, education and expertise to ignite and empower audiences to embrace the challenges that transition brings.
Jamie Sass
Jamie Sass is the director of the ISU Ivy College of Writing and Speaking Center. Her work includes coaching students to help develop their confidence and competence in professional communication as they become emerging industry leaders and collaborating with faculty and staff to create a communication-intensive learning environment for students. She has a strong background in industry in recruiting and sales and marries her communication training and education to her firsthand experience. Jamie received her MA in professional communication from Iowa State. When she’s not cheering on her daughter at an ice rink for figure skating or flying planes with her husband, Jamie is an avid reader, pretty good cook, and struggling guitar player.
Erik Dominguez
As an immigrant who grew up between two cultures and mixed messages, the familiarity Erik has with speaking fears, fueled him to learn and share the tools to overcome those obstacles. For nearly 25 years, Erik’s team-oriented speaking and teaching style has centered around shared experiences, a philosophy that everyone has a unique story, and a belief that everyone can share their minds and hearts through powerful presentations.
Tessa Schneider
Tessa Schneider is an audit and assurance partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP with over 15 year’s experience. Tessa currently serves as the engagement partner to public clients in various industries. In addition to her client service role, Tessa serves as the lead talent partner for the audit and assurance business in Denver as well as the audit and assurance female cohort leader. In this role, she is focused on supporting and developing the next generation of female professionals and playing an important role in strengthening the employee experience for all audit and assurance talent.
Tessa has dedicated much of her professional career to mentoring less experienced professionals, supporting many diverse professionals, and has served on several Diversity, Equity and Inclusion councils within Deloitte & Touche LLP to help inform the business’ strategy.
