Danny Beyer is a networking specialist and bow tie aficionado. He helped organize the Des Moines Area LinkedIn Social – an event that connected hundreds of professionals from throughout the Greater Des Moines area to build in person relationships. In 2013 he co-founded the Bow Tie Ball, a charity event centered on bow ties and networking that has raised over $80,000 for Variety, the Children’s Charity. His book, “The Ties that Bind: Networking with Style” was published in 2015.
Danny is a keynote speaker on networking and building relationships. He has been a contributor to the Business Record and DSM Magazine. In 2013 he was chosen as the Amy Jennings Young Professional of the Year through the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Young Professionals Connection and was selected to the 2014 Business Record 40 Under 40 group.
Elizabeth P. Nead
A speaker, coach and television host, Liz Nead is an expert in bringing life back to everyday life. Her passion, Nead Inspiration is impacting the lives of thousands with life coaching, magazine articles, public speaking and life improvement television. She directs and hosts an Emmy nominated television show called Life Dare which aired on Fox five days a week. Life Dare is an “unscripted” show inviting people to learn from experts and take a “challenge” to bring the lesson to life. She has authored several best selling books, "The 100 Day Journey," "Curry Up," an ethnic cookbook, "The 180 Life," and "20 Beautiful Women." Her work has been featuredranked on Buzzfeed and reviewed by the Huffington Post. She blogs for Huffington Post and She Knows. Liz is a skilled story-teller and teacher, most recently climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and competing in the Iowa Strongman Games. Whether she is climbing a mountain, flipping 300 pound tires, producing award winning television, or conducting experiences in her personal life, her audiences learn valuable lessons to build an influential life. 
Des Moines native Jennie Baranczyk has built a culture of excellence in leading the Drake University women’s basketball program to the top of the Missouri Valley Conference and among the nation’s best. Under Baranczyk, who was named the sixth head women’s basketball coach at Drake University in April 2012, the Bulldogs have won three-straight MVC titles and advanced to NCAA Tournaments in each of those seasons. Baranczyk challenges her teams with tough non-conference schedules that include in-state foes, Iowa and Iowa State, former MVC rival Creighton and top regional and national opponents. The 2018-19 team played the No. 2 toughtest non-conference schedule in the nation with matchups against Notre Dame, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Dakota State, Rutgers, Nebraska, Iowa, Iowa State and Creighton. In addition to the success on the court, the program has ranked in the top 10 nationally in team grade point average each of the past five seasons and performed 1,000 or more community service hours in the Drake and Des Moines communities. Baranczyk has served on the board for the Young Women’s Resource Center in Des Moines and was named a 2017 Women of Influence honoree by the Des Moines Business Record, which celebrates the work of women who have made a difference.
Dr. Celina Peerman
Dr. Celina Peerman serves as an organizational psychologist through training, coaching and instructional design activities that focus on creating sustainable learning cultures at work. For over twenty four years she has specialized in organizational behavior and human resource management-related issues. Her experience includes senior leadership roles in human resource, organizational development and operations positions in both profit and non-profit organizations where she was accountable for quality service, effective processes, diverse staff and achieving results. Her work in Southeast Asia, Canada and Central America gave additional business operations experience, further developing her strong international interests.
Celina has led successful workshops and designed training for a variety of industries. She has also presented at numerous conferences for local, state and national audiences. As an organizational behavior specialist, she has worked one-on-one and in small group settings with a range of difficult topics sensitive to the workplace and all those involved. Her work has led to the creation of The Peerman Group, a performance-training solutions company that provides full service organizational development consulting services. This team's focus is to provide quality training and services that directly contributes to better service for all stakeholders and in particular the retention of front-line staff and strength of first-line supervisors. Her passion is for how people behave at work; the good, the bad and the worst. Celina’s style has been described as dynamic noting the ability to draw in even the most resistant attendees through real life examples and humor.
Brian is an executive leadership coach and co-founder of Intend2Lead LLC. Brian spent the first 14 years of his career serving as a CPA and consultant at both Ernst and Young and AuditWatch. During that time he realized coaching was the best and most natural way he could support and challenge others. Over the last eight years, Brian has coached many CPA firm leaders to tap into their inherent power by becoming a stronger observer of their life and what holds the most meaning for them. From that broader lens of seeing the world, his clients can uncover new choices and actions and increase their capacity to lead others to more meaningful results. Brian has provided workshops, presentations and training sessions on various leadership and communication related topics to thousands of CPAs across the United States. In 2016, Brian co-founded Intend2Lead to empower CPA firms to create meaningful and positive shifts in their culture and performance. Intend2Lead partners with clients to co-create customized solutions and uncover the training and coaching needed to realize the vision of firm leaders. Brian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation, and he holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. He graduated with a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Brian is also an instructor for the AuditSense team where he provides leadership and communication seminars, and he authored the book Auditing Leadership (Wiley 2009).
Tracey is an audit partner with Deloitte LLP and leads the development, implementation and monitoring of national audit quality initiatives. Tracey serves the profession through membership on the AICPA Governing Council and involvement with the AICPA Peer Review Board and its committees. Tracey also serves as a consultation resource for many of Deloitte’s insurance client engagement teams, bringing her background in accounting and SEC reporting to support delivery of the highest quality client service. Tracey also serves as vice chair for AICPA. She is an active speaker presenting at many AICPA and state CPA society conferences on topics including leadership, growing the CPA pipeline and trends in the profession. She has held a number of volunteer leadership positions at the AICPA, having previously served as a member of the board of directors and governing council, as well as chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and peer review board. In addition, she has served as the board liaison to the AICPA Foundation Board of Trustees and a member of the Relations with the Bar and National Peer Review committees. Tracey was named to the 2019 Most Powerful Women in Accounting list by CPA Practice Advisor.
