James T. Lindell

James (Jim) T. Lindell is the president of a Wisconsin based provider of strategic and financial consulting and executive coaching. Jim has an extensive background in senior management including positions as chief financial officer and corporate assistant controller. He has worked with a variety of industries including: manufacturing, health care, non-profit, distribution and food processing. Jim has been involved in more than 40 M&A projects. He is a Certified Public Accountant with public accounting experience at several local and regional accounting firms. He is a TEC Chairman (The Executive Committee). Jim is a member (and instructor) for the American Institute of CPA's and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs and a member of Wisconsin Chapter of National Speaker Association. Jim is the author of the AICPA course "AICPA's Annual Update for Controllers", "Targeting the Bottom Line: Taking the Guesswork out of Financial Management". He is a contributing author of the AICPA course "The Fast Close, Soft Close, Virtual Close? Now Days not Weeks". He is a six-time recipient of the AICPA Outstanding Discussion Leader Award.

Ty P. Doggett

Ty is a partner in RSM's Des Moines office providing tax and consulting services for clients primarily in the retail and manufacturing industries. In addition to tax compliance and tax planning services, Ty provides assistance in mergers and acquisitions, accounting method changes, and various credit and incentive projects. He regularly serve as an instructor for RSM's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses.

Debi Durham

Debi V. Durham was named director of the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA, formerly Iowa Department of Economic Development) in January 2011 by Iowa Governor Terry Branstad. Prior to joining IEDA, Durham served as president of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, Director Durham was recognized by the Des Moines Business Record as a Women of Influence, and in 2014, she was named a Janus Fellow by the Janus Institute, an organization with the mission of contributing to the body of knowledge in economic development and advancing its practice. In 2009, the Downtown Rotary Club in Sioux City recognized Durham as their Key Way award winner, designating a local leader who has “contributed greatly to the health and prosperity of the area through business and community involvement.” Durham was also recognized by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry as one of “Five Iowa Women You Should Know” in 2007. In 2003, she was named to the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and was the Republican Lt. Gubernatorial candidate in 2002. Durham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Missouri Southern State University. [2017]

Aaron Warner

Aaron R. Warner has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, security and risk management. He specializes in organizational security and applying technology, process and people to solve complex challenges. As the CIO and CTO of biotech leader Integrated DNA Technologies, Aaron assembled an amazing team of bright people who grew IDT from 13 employees to nearly 1,000, from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions in revenue, and built facilities worldwide until the sun never set on the company.

From that experience, Aaron affirmed that how we treat others—customers, employees, even strangers—reflects on who we are and what we can accomplish together. To promote this philosophy in the world of cybersecurity, Aaron created ProCircular, a specialized firm that prepares and protects organizations against an ever-changing landscape of hackers, compliance risks and data breaches.

Aaron has been recognized by Gartner and Microsoft, published articles and whitepapers, and sits on the board of several startups and charitable organizations. He’s a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a certified Security+ engineer and a full member of the FBI/DHS Infragard partnership. He received undergraduate degrees in management information systems and computer science from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Tippie College of Business.

Jodi Gruening

Jodi Gruening joined BH Management Services in 2020 as the Director of People and Culture. In her role, Jodi partners with stakeholders across the organization to focus on employer branding, team member experience, and leadership development. In addition, Jodi oversees the company’s newly created Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative. Jodi brings with her more than 28 years of experience in the HR field, including a diverse multi-industry background that includes expertise in training, leadership development, change management, talent analytics and organizational design. Prior to BH, she served as the Bureau Chief of HR for the Iowa Department of Human Services and formerly held the roles of HR Business Partner Director at Principal Financial Group, Vice President - Human Resources Manager at Wells Fargo, and Director of Human Resources at Saks Incorporated. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Iowa.

Taryn Lewis

Taryn Lewis serves as BH Management Services' Director of Compliance, overseeing internal ethics and compliance matters related to national, state, and local legislation, screening, lease compliance, and affordable housing. Taryn joined BH Management Services as Affordable Housing Manager in 2018. Prior to joining BH, Taryn worked as the Housing Manager for the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA), a full-service redevelopment agency, where she was responsible for the administration and implementation of numerous affordable housing programs. Taryn’s previous experience includes more than 10 years in the nonprofit sector. Taryn holds a JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver. In addition to serving on numerous boards and committees, Taryn is a member of BH Management's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Jennifer Feinman

Jennifer Feinman is a regional head coach for the eastern division of BH Management Services, based in Georgia. With nine years at BH, she has been onsite and in the training team, working with compliance and accounting, and the diversity equity and inclusion teams. Her aim is to provide candid and fair service to all BH customers through education and teamwork.
