Larry Stein, CPA, J.D., LL.M-Tax, CFP™ has presented over 1,000 live seminars in over fifty topics for State CPA societies around the United States. He is known for his entertaining presentation style and his thorough knowledge of tax, estate and financial planning. Larry is a Florida CPA and a member of the Florida Bar. He is also a Certified Financial Planner™. Larry holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He obtained his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law and his Masters in Tax Law from the University of Florida College of Law. Larry has over a decade of public accounting experience. His experience includes work in a wide variety of industries and transactions. Larry's extensive public accounting experience focused primarily on the tax, estate and financial planning needs of closely-held family business owners.
