Every Womxn! explores the importance of an intersectional approach when focusing on women's equality, creating intentionally inclusive communities among women, the dangers of the sisterhood ceiling in the workplace, and women's empowerment through allyship. With a focus on embracing and celebrating the diversity and equality of all women, this interactive webinar provides attendees with the opportunity to step into social responsibility and advocate for systems of equality in their sphere of influence for all Womxn. Women's equality cannot be a reality until equality exists for every Womxn! Speaker: Pamela Gray Daniel.

Objectives

The Women's Leadership Series is a four-part webinar series where thought leaders share stories on how to overcome setbacks, break boundaries and rise up to build the life and career you desire. This series is co-sponsored with other state CPA societies, giving attendees the unique opportunity to connect with other women CPAs and accounting professionals across the U.S. Sessions will be administered by the Virginia Society of CPAs. The biennial ISCPA Women's Leadership Forum will be back again in 2024.
