ISCPA Peer Review Policies and Fees The Iowa Society of CPAs (ISCPA) Board of Directors has established a fee schedule for administration of the Peer Review Program. Annually, ISCPA member firms will be billed $160 plus $7 for each CPA over one. In addition, an evaluation fee is charged to each ISCPA member firm in the year of their peer review (once every three years). All CPA partners, shareholders, and individual practitioners who are residents of Iowa must hold individual membership in ISCPA in order for the firm to be a member. (This requirement is set forth in the current bylaws of ISCPA.) ISCPA will administer peer reviews only for in-state firms that are members of ISCPA, AICPA, or both. Non-ISCPA member firms must pay a fee of $1,000 plus $10 for each CPA in the firm over one. These fees must be prepaid in the year of the review. The fees and other requirements apply even if the firm is a member of AICPA, but not ISCPA. Scheduling information packets will only be mailed to firms upon request. The first packet will be sent at no charge. However, there will be a $25 surcharge for each additional packet requested. This surcharge will be billed at the conclusion of the review together with the firm's evaluation fee.
